We reverse engineered these with our Hexagon 3D scanner arm and machined them on our DN Solutions DNM 5700S.

We love how our 4-axis DN Solutions NHP 5000 is revolutionizing our efficiency by allowing us to complete higher quantities of parts at once. This not only saves us time but also helps our customers save money!

With a little help from some Kurt Manufacturing cluster towers, we were able to machine 8 of these aluminum bearing caps at once. The double pallet feature of the NHP 5000 enables us to seamlessly switch in another set of parts from the separate loading station, further optimizing our workflow. 👍

We were able to make this 1020 HR part complete on one machine. That is the benefit of a lathe with live tooling!

It passed with flying colors in the inspection room. We utilized the CMM capabilities of our Hexagon AbsoluteArm since we did not have a CAD model for this one to match it up to. The 3mm ruby tip attachment came in handy!

This pretty little bunch of bolts was made on our Mazak QTN 250MSY which was able to hold an impressive tolerance of +/- .0003. 💪

These specialty parts are roughly 1.75" long with a 1.5" OD. They are made with titanium that is used widely in the aerospace industry. 🚀
