Background
NTL Industries was founded in 2017 and originally operated out of our ownerβs garage. Having 20 years of experience in CNC machining and the manufacturing industry, Greg McArthur decided to go into business for himself. His wife, Shelley, was helping him from the start and followed suit shortly after him by quitting her job in the medical field to join him full-time at NTL. Shelley is now the majority owner and NTL Industries is certified by the SBA as a Woman Owned Small Business.
Since the days in the garage, we have already outgrown a 3,000 sq. ft. suite and now operate out of 13,200 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Our continued growth has been driven by a commitment to quality, precision, customer service and dependable partnerships. NTL is now an award-winning company, including being named The National 2025 SBA Small Business Persons of the Year.
